Our handcrafted 20″ tall wine barrel stave bistro and tasting table stand is of a truely unique design that is very beautiful and extremely sturdy. It is made from carefully selected and matched side staves from 1″ thick French Oak barrels used to age red wine. They are sanded to clean new wood on the outside, but the red wine stained insides are cleaned and lightly sanded to leave the beautiful red wine stain. The pieces are finished like fine furniture with your choice of stain color and several topcoats of fine furniture grade lacquer. Perfect “coffee or end table” height when top is installed.
